Who is Cindy Battye?

I am an Aussie chick, married to a wonderful guy – with our two gorgeous kids. I will just jump straight in, basically – I love this lifestyle we are now able to have, the friends I have been able to make – globally… and then the chances to go over and meet up with them (probably the most FUN bit every!!)

Seriously… this whole ‘making money on the intra-web‘ freaking rules!

Sooo… In Feb of 2006 I was diagnosed with breast cancer, at the age of 29. At the time I was studying at university, to be a primary school teacher – and had to put my studies on hold while I went through the full course of cancer treatment. I had LOTS of sitting around and thinking time, but couldn’t physically push my body – so I decided to keep my brain busy and create a website.

During the time that I was studying, I had been earning a few dollars by going to opportunity shops and digging around, finding designer brand clothes and reselling them on eBay… lol.

It wasn’t a massive income stream, but was my first taste of online income. While spending time on eBay I started to see a lot of ‘patterns’ on eBay, like – there were a lot of people who were advertising to sell ‘web traffic’ – a completely foreign concept to me, but when I found all of this extra time on my hands I decided to do some research, find out what it was about – and just do it!

In August 2006 I launched my first website TrafficBunnies, honestly not knowing much AT ALL, but having a massive amount of ambition driven mainly from my need to control something… I was doing everything the doctors suggested in regards to the cancer treatment, but still felt frustration that I didn’t have complete control of my own body – so, while doing the chemotherapy, radiotherapy etc I had to have a goal at which I could ‘win’.

By the time I was well enough to go back to study, I was earning enough to not have to – and now, am out earning the professors who were training me… haha.

Yes, I am a slightly competitive person…

Since TrafficBunnies, I have launched several other successful membership websites – and also train people to creating their foundation for financial freedom (yeah yeah… that sounds corny, but it’s true!), by using a membership site model to generate residual, automated income streams.

I love creating products and systems that allow me to set it up, get an income flow – and then move on to creating the next product – so that each time, it compounds the income each time.  Not just throwing product after product out for the sake of it, but creating things that are going to help to people to find this awesome freedom that we have!

I have now also partnered with Soren Jordansen and John Merrick, so as well as our solo products, we are producing some killer joint products too! These guys absolutely rule – so, go check out their stuff – lol, ok… FYI, I only get bossy when it’s about these boys – they are awesome (so go and see… go on… do it!!)
