Hey Hey!
It’s only 14 sleeps until I get to jump on a plane and head over to the ‘big smoke’
(the US)…
It’s all because of you! You guys are awesome and by advertising on the bunnies – I
am now able to go to this networking conference, which will only build
TrafficBunnies BIGGER – which can only be good for you! I just love the way this
kind of thing works
Being totally honest – still on a daily basis I just reflect on how blessed I am to
have landed in the coolest job EVER!
It was just over 2 years ago that I was diagnosed with breast cancer (if you didn’t

Today is a super special day ’cause it’s my birthday! I am sorry – you probably

TrafficBunnies Major Overhaul… Now Live!
I am so darn excited to let you know that the new features that we have been working
on in secret for AGES are now live!
What the???
Yeah..
When you show up to trafficbunnies now you will notice a few differences. First one
- is the super se.xy new menu system. It requires flash, and you need to allow
trafficbunnies if you are using firefox noscript – if you don’t, you will still be
able to navigate – but it wont be nearly as pretty
Second thing you will notice is the new links to what we are calling
>>TB CONNECT<<
It’s a new way for you to be able to connect with your friends, co-workers and
potential customers. To benefit by keeping an eye on what other people are up to -
and sharing what you are doing too!
We know, that 90% of people are more likely to buy something if they have some kind
of relationship with the people they are buying from. I would much rather go to buy
from someone I know – than some random dude.
Now you can get known. Brand yourself, and get to follow people that you find
interesting. Invite your friends to see what you are promoting, and working on.

What you can do now…

We are still in the process of launching it – this is kinda a beta, bash the bugs
out launch… so, here is a list of a few things you can do now.
1) You can enter the connect area of the site. Click on the ‘just connect’ link in
the menu (in your members area)
2) This will give you the option to set up your account. Follow the prompts.
3) Upload your photo, tell us a bit about who you are.
4) You can find and add friends. This means that when they (the people you select
to follow) add an update, you are told about what they are doing. The same happens
when people follow you. You post a message – and they are told what you are doing.
5) You can send private messages to your friends. When you click on a person’s
photo, you will see a list of actions you can do on the right hand side. Click on
send a message and you can send a message to them!
6) You can customise your connect page. Go to the settings link and you will see a
link that says ‘my layout’. You can choose your own background image (upload your
own, or use our custom ones) or change the box and font colours.
7) Get your widget! In settings you can see a link there for widgets. This
produces some code that you can place on your website, blog or whatever – and it
will show a real-time update of exactly what you are doing – oooh… you can
even edit the colours to match your website!
There is more… but you will just have to come and have a nosey around and see!
Oh! One of my coolest, most exciting little gadgety things is this:

When you post a message, it adds it to the map – so you can see what people are
posting – who they are and where they are from! Too darn cool or what!

What is still to come?

IM integration. We have all of the software there for it to be integrated with your
yahoo, msn, gmail etc – but for some reason it’s not working properly. This should
be fixed soon, as I said the programmer is banging out the bugs.
SMS integration. You will be able to send and receive messages via your phone. So,
the messages will be posted to the trafficbunnies site – as well as sent to your
phone (if you choose). Software is there – just waiting for the phone company
activation.
Shoutbox integration. Our plans to have the messages available and easily updatable
in the surf shoutbox haven’t quite worked to plan. We are still working on it -
this is one of the things that I will work on until I can get it just right So
hang in there – these changes will make surfing at the bunnies even more productive,
fun and profitable for you.
